April 8, the day of the imminent solar eclipse, also marks the sunsetting of open access to the Costco kitchens, Mike Snider reports. After that, apparently, it's members only.

Fast-food chains are cutting jobs as they prepare to pay a new $20 minimum wage, which takes effect next month, Emilee Coblentz reports.
